These terms govern your use of www.indianechoes.com, the website of Indian Echoes, an initiative by WeChoose Ventures. In them, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Indian Echoes and WeChoose Ventures; “you” means anyone visiting or using this site.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site and its content
This website describes a cultural experience that is in development. It is published for information and for the purpose of inviting interest from prospective partners, sponsors, collaborators and guests.
We take care that what is published here is accurate at the time of publication, but the site is provided for general information only. Nothing on it is advice on which you should rely without speaking to us first.
Plans, dates and details may change
Indian Echoes is a live project. Dates, venues, programming, performers, formats, pricing, capacities and partnership structures described on this site are indicative and subject to change. Heritage venues in particular are subject to the permissions of the authorities that look after them.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee that the event will take place on the dates described, in the form described, or at all.
Expressing interest
The Express Interest form lets you tell us that you would like to be involved. When you use it:
- Give us information that is accurate and, where you are writing on behalf of an organisation, give it with that organisation's authority.
- Understand that submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a booking, a reservation, a ticket, a sponsorship or any other contract between us.
- Understand that we may choose not to proceed with an enquiry, and that we are not obliged to give a reason.
Any partnership, sponsorship or participation is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Until such an agreement exists, nothing said on this site or in correspondence creates a binding commitment.

Intellectual property
The name Indian Echoes, the logo, and all text, photography, artwork, design, layout and code on this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not:
- Reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the site commercially without our written permission.
- Use our name, logo or imagery in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
- Remove or obscure any copyright or ownership notice.
Photographs of heritage monuments, performances and venues may be subject to the rights of third parties, and are published here under the permissions we hold for this site alone.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
- Submit anything through our forms that is false, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise unlawful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, its administrative area or any connected system.
- Introduce any virus, malware or other harmful code.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the site, or place an unreasonable load on it by automated means.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, without notice, from anyone who breaches this section.
Links to and from this site
Where we link to a third-party website — a partner, a venue, a studio — we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for anything on them.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so fairly and in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association that does not exist. We may ask you to remove a link at any time.
